Whew, this is a relatively long chapter. Hope y'all enjoy some more of Gio's acting prowess! :D
Note: In Ch. 15, I translated Espine's rank/position as 'staff officer' because in Japanese, it is 参謀. In all of the Japanese dictionaries that I searched, it is never defined as any position higher than 'staff officer' (I checked zKanji, Jisho.org, and even a few Japanese dictionaries, because I had my doubts). Seeing him appear the way he did in the new chapter though, I went and dug up Oda Nobuna no Yabou, and lo and behold, I KNEW that some series used the word to mean 'tactician.'
TLDR: Espine's rank is now officially 'tactician' instead of 'staff officer.'
