MayoJou Ch 18

I have a bit of a problem with Google Docs. See, I translate MayoJou on my phone, on Google docs, but every once in a while, it saves, but when I open it again, some of my progress has been lost. This has happened a few times already, when I am using data, when I am on wifi, and both when I allow and disallow 'update only when using wifi.' Anyone know anything about this problem and how I can fix it? Or anyone got a better text app to recommend? I really only need typing and Cloud syncing and italics, that is all the functions I use.
